I was born in West Virginia, but grew up right here in central Indiana, and have always considered Indiana my home.
I attended Ball State University for my undergraduate education where I majored in Spanish and Medicine.
I then taught high school Spanish before attending Ross University School of Medicine and obtaining my Doctorate of Medicine.
I then went on and completed my training in Northern Kentucky at the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency training program. I stayed on with St. Elizabeth and practiced there for several years doing primary care, hospital medicine, and urgent care, before moving back to Indiana.
When I graduated medical school I had a drive and passion to help and serve. Unfortunately in today's healthcare system with insurance and corporate healthcare, it is easy to lose sight of that.
Thankfully, I have been able to rekindle my passion for medicine and service through a much more patient centered, wellness focused practice, and I love it!
I encourage you to come see me and see why, and decide what you think for yourself!
